That’s why we’ve thought long and hard about the most cost effective and time effective way to introduce Circus skills to improve mental health in Primary schools. We’ve created a package that includes a full Inset day of theory and practical training as well as proving you with the core equipment you need to run short, high impact and effective Circus skills in Primary schools.
That’s why we’ve created the simple, cost-effective and easy to implement package.
So what does £900 actually get your school?
First of all, one of our professional circus educators will come to your school and deliver a full inset day of theory and practical training on a day to suit you. We will teach you why we’ve chosen the 3 specific pieces of equipment that form your schools’ toolkit. We will show you how to use them yourself and more importantly how to teach them to your pupils. We’ll then explain ways we think you can start introducing circus skills to improve mental health in Primary schools straight way.
Secondly, it includes the delivery of the 4 sets of specially chosen circus equipment that offer attainable, enjoyable and scaleable skills for all ages and abilities of pupils.
In each kit there will be enough equipment for up to 15 people to all do the same activity at the same time. Or more than enough for a class of 35 to all take part in different activities.

Over the past 15 years across the world, there have been vast quantities of research carried out looking at the perceived and proven benefits of juggling and circus skills. That same research has linked juggling to being able to improve a host of behaviours and traits. Self-confidence, behaviour, concentration, retention of information, reading skills, balance and more. Importantly, when practised frequently it has been shown to be an effective form of Mindfulness. Mindfulness expert Andy Puddicombe describes the transformative power of doing just that: Refreshing your mind for 10 minutes a day, simply by being mindful and experiencing the present moment. (No need for incense or sitting in uncomfortable positions.)
We, like Andy believe that 10 minutes is all it really needs to take to do any kind of Midfullness. So when used correctly, any of the pieces of equipment that we will supply you with will work as effective aids in that process.
Of course, if your timetable allows, longer, up to 30 minutes sessions are great as special treats or even a break from traditional PE lessons but it only takes 10 minutes to get started.
